What We’re Looking For:

Program Manager. The Program Manager is an intricate member and leader of our project teams who instinctively knows how to lead a large team of resources to ensure successful program execution. Understands the need to manage multiple, large-scale, complex project work plans and workstreams with extensive knowledge of what works and more importantly... what doesn’t work.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as primary contact for professional service projects on the ServiceNow platform to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage a program execution plan encompassing all implementation workstreams with respect to project financials, progress tracking, metrics, executing change control measures and overall successful program delivery
  • Strong ability to influence multiple stakeholders with a willingness to take on tasks to get the job done
  • Indirectly manage cross-functional teams; demonstrating exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Dedicated to conflict resolution management, active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Monitor progress, resources and workstreams to ensure efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Own program outcomes and risks with associated mitigation plans to key stakeholders
  • Lead project initiation, project execution, and project close activities
  • Coordinate and schedule key workshops, and development, testing, and deployment activities with customers
  • Engage in timely and effective communications to customers, provides status reports, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of project management methodologies and principles
  • Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer’s business
  • Participates in pre-sales activities as needed

What You Need:

  • 2+ years experience implementing ServiceNow programs consisting of 3+ workstreams
  • Experience working for the U.S. federal government or supporting the U.S federal government in a consulting capacity
  • 5+ years experience as a consultant implementing enterprise solutions
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • First-class communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
  • US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
  • Must currently reside in the United States and able to perform work in the United States as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
